Millon Completes Sale of Company

Firm member James W. Millon completed a seven figure stock purchase agreement and commercial leasing transaction between two privately owned manufacturing companies. The acquired Ohio domestic corporation, which still is in operation, is a small Northwest Ohio metal stamping company that specializes in products for the packaging industry. The purchasing company is a New York state based manufacturer of testing equipment.
